Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in conservative treatment of ovarian corpus luteum rupture.Methods:Eighty patients with corpus luteum rupture who were treated in Zhuhai Fifth Peo-ple's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used traditional nursing methods,while the experimental group used comfortable nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the average blood loss and hospitalization days in the experimental group were significantly less,and the nursing quality score,quality of life score and satisfaction were higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comfortable nurs-ing for patients with ovarian corpus luteum rupture treated conservatively can reduce the amount of bleeding and hospitalization days,improve the quality of nursing and patients'quality of life,and improve satisfaction.关键词
