Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing after delivery on postpartum depression and uterine recovery.Methods:From August 2022 to August 2023,60 parturients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Xiji County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Guyuan City Ningxia were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given postpartum comprehensive reha-bilitation nursing intervention on this basis.The postpartum quality of life、depression and uterine recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing care,the scores of SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group.Compared with HAMA and HAMD scores,the scores of the study group were low-er than those of the control group,P<0.05.The time of uterine lochia discharge and uterine delivery in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive postpartum rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve postpartum depression,improve their quality of life,and promote maternal uterine recovery.关键词
