摘要
Abstract
With the development of precision medicine,the value of protein/peptide fingerprinting in the diagnosis,treatment selection,and prognosis assessment of tumors has become increasingly prominent.This expert consensus aims to provide a comprehensive review of the detection and analysis methods of protein/peptide fingerprinting and its potential applications in the field of clinical oncology.It focuses on the definition,clinical significance,detection technologies,data analysis methods,and applications in the diagnosis,treatment decision,and recurrence monitoring of tumors.By incorporating the latest research advances,a series of consensus recommendations on the detection and application of protein/peptide fingerprinting are proposed,aiming to enhance the awareness of healthcare professionals and clinical medical technicians about this technology,promote the development and translation of protein/peptide fingerprinting-related detection products,and facilitate their application throughout the entire clinical process of tumor diagnosis and treatment,thereby providing more precise treatment options for patients.关键词
