绵羊肺炎支原体对盘羊杂交羊免疫功能的影响
Effect of Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae on immune function of Argali hybrid sheep

Abstract
In order to explore the changes in immune function of Argali hybrid sheep(AHS)infected with Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae(Mo),enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA)was used in this study to detect the changes.The concentrations of immunoglobulin(Ig),nuclear factor κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway-related cytokines,CD4 and CD8 were detected by ELISA.According to the conditions of the previous model of Mo in sheep,6 AHS were artificially infected as the infection group,and the other 6 AHS were injected with the same amount of PBS as the control group.IgG,IgA,IgM,NF-κB,IL-1β,IL-17,IL-18,CD4 and CD8 in the serum of the sheep were detected at days 0,7,14,21 and 28 after the challenge.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the levels of IgA and IgM in the cross serum of para-sheep were significantly increased at 14 d after Mo infection(P<0.05),and IgA,IgM and IgG were ex-tremely significantly increased at 21 d after Mo infection(P<0.01).The levels of NF-κB and IL-1β were significantly increased at day 14 d(P<0.05),and extremely significantly increased at 21 d and 28 d(P<0.01).The IL-17 level was significantly increased at 28 d(P<0.01).The level of IL-18 was significantly increased at21 d(P<0.01).The CD4 concentration and the CD4/CD8 ratio were significantly decreased and the CD8 concentration was significantly increased at 14 d(P<0.01).To sum up,Mo infection stimulated the host's IgA,IgG,IgM levels,raised the NF-κB,IL-1β,IL-17 and IL-18 expression levels,reduced the CD4 concentration,and increased the CD8 concen-tration.Abnormal immune function was found in both cellular immunity and humoral immunity in the Argali hybrid sheep infected with Mo.关键词
