我国猪轮状病毒的流行与展望
Epidemic status of and prospect of research on porcine rotavirus
摘要
Abstract
Porcine rotavirus(PoRV)is one of the main pathogens causing digestive system diseases in piglets,often leading to acute intes-tinal infections characterized by diarrhea,vomiting,dehydration,and weight loss.In recent years,the detection rate,prevalence,and inci-dence of PoRV have shown a significant upward trend,and the diversity of strains has become increasingly complex,posing new challenges to the swine industry in China.The outbreak and prevalence of PoRV has not only caused huge economic losses to the swine industry but has al-so posed a major threat to human life safety.This paper presents a review of the genomic characteristics,virus isolation and epidemiology of,diagnosis of,preventive strategies for,and directions of future research on PoRV,aiming to provide reference for further research on and pre-vention of PoRV.关键词
