榆林市团体标准制修订问题研究
Research on the Development and Revision of Association Standards in Yulin City
摘要
Abstract
Association standards are an important component of China's standards system and a beneficial supplement to national standards.Association standards are more easily integrated with the market economy,further enhancing the competitiveness of products in the region,and are a key factor in promoting the supply-side structural reform of regional industries and high-quality development of regional economy.This paper takes the current association standards in Yulin city,Shaanxi province as the research object,analyzes the data of the current association standards in Yulin city,and believes that there are prominent problems in the development and revision of association standards in Yulin city,such as insufficient total quantity,low industry coverage,few participating business associations,and uneven regional development.To solve these problems,it is necessary for the municipal government to introduce policies to incentivize the development and implementation of standards,as well as for standardization administrative management departments to make efforts in application demonstration,rewards,supervision,and internationalization promotion.Industry associations are the main body of association standards development and revision work.Enterprises,universities,and research institutions in Yulin should also provide professional support for association standardization work through institutional and team building.关键词
