Abstract
Conducting third-party evaluation of standards quality and implementation is a fundamental requirement of the Standardization Law of China and the National Standardization Development Outline.It is a necessary means to enhance the vitality and influence of standards,and an important way to promote high-quality economic development through standards upgrading.This article relies on the statistical analysis site of the implementation of national mandatory standards(clothing),and conducts a statistical analysis of the implementation of GB 18383-2007,General technical requirements for products with filling materials.From five aspects of the execution,applicability,coordination,implementation constraints,and implementation effectiveness of a standard,the article analyzes the implementation and application of the standard in the fields of products with filling materials and clothing,identifies problems with the standard,provides reference for the standard revision and upgrading work in the next step,provides new ideas for improving the quality and utilization rate of the standard,enhances the quality of products with filling materials,and promotes the high-quality development of the products with filling materials industry.关键词
