Research on Talent Training of Archives Management under the Background of Standardization
摘要
Abstract
With the development of society and the progress of information technology,archives management is facing new opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the characteristics and talent needs of archives management under the background of standardization,discusses the current situation and existing problems of talent training for archives management,and puts forward the corresponding talent training strategies,including improving the training system,strengthening practical teaching,improving professional quality,and strengthening the cultivation of innovative ability.It is expected to provide reference for improving the quality of talent training in archives management.关键词
