摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the influencing factors and improvement strategies of the training effect of preschool education professionals in higher vocational colleges.It is found that the disconnection between goal positioning and post demand,the lack of standardized curriculum design,and the imperfect construction of dual-teacher are the important reasons that affect the teaching quality and lead to the unsatisfactory effect of talent training.Based on this,this paper puts forward corresponding solution strategies,aiming to implement professional standards through meeting market demand,determining talent training objectives,improving practical course teaching system,innovating talent training mode,and improving practical operation ability and comprehensive quality.It is expected to meet the social demand for high-quality preschool education talents,and promote the healthy development of preschool education.
