Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effect of ICARE teaching management in the standardized nursing teaching in neurology department.Methods:Forty-eight nursing interns who practiced in the Department of Neurology of Deyang People's Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the ICARE group according to the time of admission.24 nursing students admitted to hospital first received routine nursing teaching(control group),and 24 nursing interns admitted later received ICARE teaching(ICARE group).The assessment results(theory,practice),nursing ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared under different teaching management modes.Results:The assessment scores,nursing ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the ICARE group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the implementation of standardized nursing teaching in neurology department,the implementation of ICARE teaching management mode is highly feasible,and will greatly improve the performance and teaching satisfaction of nursing students.This teaching mode has application value.
