Abstract
Objective:To study the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction with standardized nursing intervention.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Hospital,University of South China from November 2022 to November 2023 were divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the study group implemented standardized nursing intervention.The rehabilitation effect,quality of life and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,FMA and BDAE scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,NIHSS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),social function,cognitive function,psychological function and physical function scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients can speed up the recovery of patients,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
