Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with malignant tumors in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with malignant tumors who underwent flap transplantation in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department of the Guangxi Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random lot,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The postoperative recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the VAS score of postoperative 3 d of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:During the operation of oral and maxillofacial surgery for patients with malignant tumors,standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period is helpful to shorten postoperative rehabilitation time,reduce complications and postoperative pain.关键词
