摘要
Abstract
In order to select key indicators evaluating entry animal and animal product quarantine system to effectively block possible introduction of animal diseases,relevant information and data were collected mainly by literature research method in the whole quarantine process of entry animals and animal products to analyze all measures adopted by China's port quarantine system to block introduction of exotic animal diseases.5 primary and 18 secondary indicators were finally selected referring to internationally common indicators evaluating monitoring system as well as taking the legality of port quarantine into account,covering access reliability,coverage,sensitivity,timeliness and level of communication,which laid a foundation for the construction of a comprehensive indicator system evaluating entry animal and animal product quarantine system.关键词
