塞内卡病毒(Senecavirus A,SVA)是一种影响猪的重要病原体,其基因组变异对病毒进化和致病性密切相关.本文系统梳理了SVA的基因组结构、编码蛋白功能、基因变异类型,综述了影响SVA毒力的关键基因区域,包括结构蛋白编码基因、非结构蛋白编码基因以及非编码区,通过全面回顾SVA基因组研究进展,以期为深入了解SVA的分子流行病学特征提供基础,并为未来的疫病预防和控制提供依据.
Senecavirus A(SVA)is an important pathogen affecting pigs,and its evolution and pathogenicity are closely related to its genomic variation.Here,its genomic structure,coding protein functions and types of gene variation were summarized,critical gene regions including structural and non-structural protein coding genes and non-coding region that might affect its virulence were described,and research progress on its genome was reviewed to provide a basis for further understanding its molecular epidemiological features and for future prevention and control of relevant diseases.
