摘要
Abstract
Piezoelectric hydrogel is a new type of composite material that combines hydrogel polymers with piezoelectric materials.It not only has the good biocompatibility and biodegradability of hydrogel,but can also use piezoelectric materi-als to simulate the endogenous bioelectricity of bone tissue,promoting cell proliferation and differentiation and accelerat-ing bone defect repair.The article provides a review on the mechanisms of electrical stimulation in promoting bone re-generation,the classification and preparation methods of piezoelectric hydrogels,and their application in bone tissue en-gineering,aiming to provide new treatment ideas for bone defect repair.关键词
