头颈部肿瘤放射治疗患者种植修复策略研究进展
Research advances on implantation strategy for patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy
摘要
Abstract
Head and neck cancer is common in oral clinical practice,which often requires combined treatment such as surgery,radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy.Most patients have dentition defects or facial deformities after surgery.Oral implant restoration is one of the main methods to restore dentition defects and occlusal function.However,radiotherapy may affect the early osseointegration and long-term stability of implants,making it challenging to develop a reasonable strategy for implant restoration in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy.This article analyzes the impact of radiotherapy on implant surgery,and discusses the effect of its timing,the time interval between radiotherapy and implant placement and loading,radiotherapy dose,tumor location,implant placement position,and hyperbaric oxy-gen therapy on the implant restoration results of head and neck cancer patients,so as to provide reference for clinicians.关键词
