血清β-catenin与心房颤动预后关系研究
Study on the relationship between serum β-catenin and the prognosis of atrial fibrillation

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between serum β-catenin and the prognosis of AF.Methods A total of 147 AF patients were enrolled,who were treated in Beijing Tongren Hospital from September 2021 to January 2024.The mean age was(70.59±11.03)Univariate and multivariate and there were 59(40.1％)female:59 patients.Serum β-catenin was detected by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA).The logistic regression were used to explore the relationship between β-catenin and the prognosis of AF.Results The logistic regression analysis showed that serum β-catenin was negatively correlated with the occurrence of AMI(adjusted OR 0.87,95％confidence interval:0.77-0.99,P=0.03)and positively associated with risk of major bleeding(adjusted OR 1.17,95％CI 1.02-1.35,P=0.03),but had no correlation with the occurrence of stroke and/or systematic embolismor,pulmonary embolism.Conclusion Serum β-catenin is negatirely associated with the occurrence of AMI and positirely correlated with the occurrence of major bleeding in the AF patients.关键词
