Current status and prospect of endoscopy-assisted surgery in breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Endoscopy-assisted surgery offers benefits such as reduced trauma,quicker recovery,and improved aesthetic outcomes.Conventional breast endoscopy-assisted surgery presents challenges due to the complexities of cavity construction.With the theory of the transaxillary reverse-sequence approach,auxiliary holes,the parachute patch technique,and the postoperative adjustment concept,breast endoscopy-assisted surgery continues to develop and mature,and a variety of surgical procedures have been successfully carried out.Breast endoscopy-assisted surgery can improve the safety and aesthetic outcomes,and can be routinely used in day surgery.Breast endoscopy-assisted surgery,with its theoretical innovations,has a broader range of surgical applications.The improvements in surgical efficiency,aesthetic outcomes,and safety assurance in surgical and oncological aspects have contributed to its increasing popularity and advancement domestically and internationally.It is expected that a large number of high-quality clinical trials will be carried out in the future,in order to provide a higher level of evidence-based medical evidence for the application of endoscopy-assisted surgery in breast cancer.关键词
