Technical key points of endoscopic total sub-pectoral implant-based breast reconstruction
摘要
Abstract
Total sub-pectoral implant-based breast reconstruction is a classic breast reconstruction technique.Compared with the pre-pectoral plane,sub-pectoral implant-based breast reconstruction has a wide range of applications and simpler operations.With the application of endoscopic breast surgery,endoscopic total sub-pectoral implant-based breast reconstruction is developing gradually.The selection of indications and the key technical points and surgery procedures need to be further standardized.If the prosthesis is large or the healthy side breast sag is too large,biplanar reconstruction combined with mesh can also be considered.关键词
