摘要
Abstract
Conventional endoscopic and robot-assisted latissimus dorsi breast reconstruction can achieve small donor site scar,but there are some problems,such as difficult operation,long operation time,high incidence of complications,and controversial cosmetic.The innovative double-endoscope technology of reverse-sequence method combined with auxiliary hole proposed by our center can solve the above dilemma,which has the advantages of shortening the operation time,simplifying the operation procedure,clearing operation sight,and improving the operation safety and good cosmetic effect.关键词
