Abstract
Reverse-sequence endoscopic assisted axillary approach for breast cancer surgery has the advantages of hiding scars,shortening operation time,reducing complication rate,and improving postoperative quality of life.However,for breast cancer patients with small breasts,the existing surgery has certain limitations.Endoscopic breast reconstruction with breast prosthesis on the affected side of breast cancer combined with contralateral breast augmentation can select the size and layer of the prosthesis according to the patient's needs and indications after the removal of the affected gland,and adjust the size of the healthy breast,which is an ideal choice for breast cancer patients with small breast volume.This procedure can be used to correct the appearance of breast cancer while treating breast cancer and meet the double needs of oncology safety and cosmetic effect of such patients to the maximum extent.关键词
