Key and difficult technique points of robot-assisted resection of the internal mammary lymphatic chain in breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
The intramammary lymph chain is an important part of local lymphatic drainage in breast cancer.The traditional method to understand the status of intramammary lymph nodes is extended radical surgery,which is limited in clinical application due to its greater trauma and high rate of complications.At present,the main treatment for patients with a high risk of internal milk lymph node metastasis is radiotherapy,but there is a possibility of over-treatment.With extensive indications and less trauma,robot-assisted internal milk lymphadenectomy can understand the metastasis of lymph nodes in the breast,provide more accurate staging of breast cancer,and help to develop more accurate comprehensive treatment programs for breast cancer patients.关键词
