Research Progress of the Detection Technology for Starch Content in Feed
淀粉作为评价饲料原料品质的主要指标之一,是饲料中主要的非结构性碳水化合物,也是动物所需能量的重要来源.准确测定饲料中淀粉含量对于评价饲料营养价值、精准配制饲粮配方和发挥动物生产性能具有重要意义.近年来,随着检测技术的发展,许多更加快速、灵敏和准确的淀粉检测方法被开发.本文综述了饲料中淀粉含量的检测标准及适用条件、主要检测方法及原理,以及不同方法的特点及应用中存在的问题,以期为研发饲料中淀粉含量检测技术提供参考.
Starch,as one of the main indexes for evaluating the quality of feed ingredients,is the main non-structural carbohydrate in feed and an important energy source required by animals.Accurate determination of starch content in feed is of great significance in evaluating the nutritional value of feeds,formulating rations accurately,and exerting the production performance of animals.With the development of detection technology,many more rapid,sensitive,and accurate methods for starch determination have been developed in recent years.In this paper,we reviewed the detection standards and applicable conditions of starch content in feed,the main detection methods and principles,as well as the characteristics of different methods and the problems in their applications,to provide a reference for the research and development of starch content detection technology in feed.
