Biological Function of Ferulic Acid and Its Application in Animal Production
摘要
Abstract
Ferulic acid is a natural polyphenolic antioxidant substance,which is widely found in crops such as corn,soybean,wheat bran,as well ads Chinese herbs such as Ferula officinalis,Shengma,Angelica sinensis,Jujubae jujube nut,Mucuna pruriens,and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,and is the main component of the plant cell wall.Ferulic acid has a variety of biological functions such as regulating lipid metabolism,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptosis,and has a broad application prospect in animal production.This paper mainly reviews the physicochemical properties,preparation methods,biological functions and current status of ferulic acid and its application in animal production,aiming to provide reference for the further development and application of ferulic acid in animal production.关键词
