摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Dapagliflozin combined with Liraglutide on glucose and lipid metabolism and islet function in obese type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Method:A total of 102 obese T2DM patients admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from June 2019 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and combination group(n=52).The control group was treated with Liraglutide,and the combination group was treated with Liraglutide combined with Dapagliflozin.Body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes,islet function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After 12 weeks of treatment,BMI,waist circumference,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG),fasting insulin(FINS)and homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dapagliflozin combined with Liraglutide has a good effect on weight loss in obese T2DM,can effectively regulate the body's glucose and lipid metabolism,improve the function of pancreatic islets,and has good safety.关键词
