Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Prescription combined with Valsartan Capsules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 110 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Valsartan Capsules+Jianpi Huazhuo Prescription,and the control group was only treated with Valsartan Capsules.The therapeutic effect,urinary protein/creatinine ratio(UACR),urinary protein,blood glucose and plasma lipid indexes levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical total effective rate and syndrome total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,UACR and urinary protein in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose and 2 h postprandial glucose in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Prescription combined with Valsartan Capsules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is remarkable,which can effectively improve renal function,blood glucose and plasma lipid,and reduce urinary protein.关键词
