Abstract
Objective:To analyze the short-term prognosis of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Metoprolol Tartrate in the treatment of angina pectoris in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)and its effects on oxidative stress indexes.Method:A total of 80 CHD patients with angina pectoris were selected from the First Ward of Comprehensive Geriatric Department of Liaoning Province Jinqiu Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023,and they were divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was given basic treatment of CHD angina pectoris combined with Metoprolol Tartrate,and the experimental group was given combined treatment with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group.The treatment time of both groups was 3 months.The clinical total effective rate,frequency of angina pectoris attack,duration of angina pectoris attack,dosage of nitroglycerin,cardiac function index,hemodynamic index,oxidative stress index and incidence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris attack in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the duration of angina pectoris attack was shorter than that in control group,and the dosage of Nitroglycerin was less than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)levels were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,fibrinogen(FIB),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),whole blood viscosity low cut(NBL)and whole blood viscosity high cut(NBH)in experimental group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in experimental groups were higher than those in control group,while the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and lactate dehydrogenase(LD)in experimental group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 3 months follow-up,no adverse cardiovascular events occurred in either group.Conclusion:In CHD patients with angina pectoris,the treatment of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Metoprolol Tartrate has significant effects,which can reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack,reduce the dosage of Nitroglycerin,improve cardiac function hemodynamic indexes,regulate oxidative stress response,and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events with good safety.关键词
