摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Emedastine Difumarate Eye Drops combined with Pranoprofen Eye Drops in patients with allergic conjunctivitis.Method:A total of 96 patients with allergic conjunctivitis admitted to Huli District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xiamen from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Emedastine Difumarate Eye Drops,and the observation group was treated with Emedastine Difumarate Eye Drops combined with Pranoprofen Eye Drops.The stability of tear film,the level of tear protein and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,break-up time(BUT),Schirmer test(SⅠT)and corneal fluorescein staining(FL)scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,lacrimal lactoferrin(LF),total protein(TP)and secreted immunoglobulin A(sIgA)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Emedastine Difumarate Eye Drops combined with Pranoprofen Eye Drops can significantly improve the stability of tear film and the level of tear protein in patients with allergic conjunctivitis.关键词
