摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of sequential treatment with epidermal growth factor combined with fractional CO2 laser for acne atrophic scars.Method:A total of 114 patients with acne atrophic scars treated at Wujin People's Hospital of Changzhou from February 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 57 patients in each group. The control group received fractional CO2 laser treatment, while the observation group received sequential treatment with epidermal growth factor combined with fractional CO2 laser. The two groups were compared in terms of Echelle d'evaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acne(ECCA),global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS)score, clinical efficacy, scar volume changes, and incidence of adverse reactions.Result:After treatment,ECCA score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,GAIS score was higher than that in the control group, scar volume was smaller than that in the control group, overall efficacy was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined therapy demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in improving acne atrophic scars.Compared to fractional CO2 laser treatment alone, the combination therapy shows better results in scar removal and scar volume reduction, with good safety in clinical application. This combined treatment method is worthy of further promotion to optimize the treatment of acne atrophic scars.关键词
