Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair on pain and shoulder joint range of motion in patients with rotator cuff injuries.Method:A total of 102 patients with rotator cuff injuries who admitted in Nantong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the subjects.All cases were divided into two groups by random number table,with 51 cases in each group.The control group underwent arthroscopic small incision rotator cuff repair,while the observation group was given arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.The surgical outcomes of two groups were compared.Result:The intraoperative bleeding volume of observation group was less than that of control group,while the surgery time of observation group was longer than that of control group;the postoperative pain score of analog scale was lower than that of control group,the UCLA shoulder joint scoring system,shoulder joint range of motion,and various dimensions of the World Health Organization quality of life scale were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic rotator cuff repair has the advantages of minimal trauma and fast recovery,which can alleviate postoperative pain,improve shoulder joint range of motion,enhance shoulder joint function and quality of life in patients with rotator cuff injuries,and has no serious complications.关键词
