Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of bronchoscopy bronchoalveolar lavage combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate on symptom improvement and serum inflammatory factors in children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Method:A total of 84 children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Methylprednisolone Succinate Sodium and Prednisone Acetate Tablets,while the observation group was treated with bronchoscopy bronchoalveolar lavage combined with Methylprednisolone Succinate Sodium.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,serum inflammatory factors,blood gas indicators,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(80.95%),and each symptom improvement time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoalveolar lavage combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate can improve the clinical symptoms of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,regulate blood gas indicators,and it has good safety.关键词
