Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of complete modular airway humidification management combined with five state personality-five element music therapy in patients with ventilator-assisted ventilation in the emergency intensive care unit(EICU).Method:A total of 80 patients with EICU ventilator assisted ventilation admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with EICU ventilator assisted ventilation,and the experimental group was treated with complete modular airway humidification management combined with five state personality-five element music therapy.The psychological status,hope level,incidence of ventilators associated pneumonia,probability of successful withdrawal and prognostic indexes between the two groups after intervention were compared.Result:After nursing,the score of profile of mood states-short form(POMS-SF)in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the scores of Herth hope index(HHI)in all dimensions were higher than those in control group,the rate of ventilators associated pneumonia was lower than that in control group,the probability of successful escape was higher than that in control group,and the duration of ventilator use,length of EICU stay and total length of hospital stay were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of complete modular airway humidification management combined with five state personality-five element music therapy in patients with EICU ventilator-assisted ventilation is beneficial to the improvement of mood,the enhancement of hope level,the reduction of ventilator associated pneumonia rate,and the improvement of successful withdrawal rate,which has a better prognostic index improvement value.关键词
