摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of progressive simulated home rehabilitation nursing model on patients with limb dysfunction after stroke.Method:A total of 86 patients with limb dysfunction after stroke in Shangrao Municipal Hospital were selected from January 2022 to January 2024 as the research subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into rehabilitation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases). The rehabilitation group was given progressive simulated home rehabilitation nursing model, while the control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing. Both groups were given 1 month of nursing intervention. The limb motor function, balance function and quality of life were compared before and after intervention.Result:Before intervention, there were no statistical significances in Fugl-Meryer assessment scale(FMA)score and 6-min walking distance between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the FMA scores and 6-minute walking distance in both groups were increased, and those in rehabilitation group were higher than those of control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in Berg balance scale(BBS)score between groups before intervention(P>0.05).The BBS scores in both groups were enhanced after intervention, and that in the rehabilitation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no statistical significances in all dimensions scores of stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, all dimensions scores of SS-QOL in both groups were elevated, and those in the rehabilitation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion:Progressive simulated home rehabilitation nursing model can effectively improve the limb motor function and balance ability of patients with limb dysfunction after stroke, and enhance the quality of life of patients.关键词
