Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pulsed dye laser(PDL)combined with silicone gel in the treatment of scar after burn skin healing in children.Method:A randomized controlled study scheme was adopted,and the study period was from January 2019 to December 2023.A total of 80 children with scar after burn skin healing admitted to Affiliated Children's Hospital of Jiangnan University were selected,and the grouping method was random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with PLD,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with PDL combined with silicone gel.The clinical total effective rate,Vancouver scar scale(VSS),hyperplastic scar area,visual analogue scale(VAS),numerical rating scale(NRS)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VSS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hyperplastic scar area in observation group was smaller than that in control group,and the scores of VAS and NRS were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of PDL combined with silicone gel in the treatment of children with scar after burn skin healing is remarkable,which can improve the skin condition of scar area,reduce the area of hyperplastic scar,relieve itching and pain symptoms in scar area,and the treatment safety is high.关键词
