内服小青龙汤联合外治中药熏洗足部治疗寒性咳嗽的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Taking Xiaoqinglong Decoction Internally Combined with Fumigation and Washing Feet with Traditional Chinese Medicine to Treat Cold Cough

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of taking Xiaoqinglong Decoction internally combined with fumigation and washing feet with traditional Chinese medicine to treat cold cough.Method:A total of 80 patients with cold cough admitted to Jingdezhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with fumigation and washing feet with traditional Chinese medicine.The condition after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the lung function and blood gas analysis indexes of observation group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,symptom disappearance time of observation group were shorter than those of control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and CRP were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking Xiaoqinglong Decoction internally combined with fumigation and washing feet with traditional Chinese medicine externally can improve lung function and blood gas analysis indexes,regulate CRP level,and is safe.关键词
