Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Ziheche Powder combined with Dydrogesterone on patients with threatened abortion Method:A total of 102 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Fengcheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to January 2024 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given Dydrogesterone Tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Ziheche Powder on the basis of the control group.The success rate of fetal protection,improvement of clinical symptoms,level of serum sex hormone index,pregnancy outcome and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The success rate of fetal preservation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the time of vaginal hemostasis,the time of lumbar acid relief,the time of abdominal pain relief and the time of uterine contraction relief were earlier than those in the control group,and the total amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)and free β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The full-term pregnancy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment with Ziheche Powder and Dydrogesterone can improve the success rate of fetal protection in patients with threatened abortion,promote the disappearance of symptoms,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,improve the level of serum sex hormones and pregnancy outcomes,and have fewer adverse reactions.关键词
