Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Huangdan Yinchen Granules in neonatal jaundice and its influence on serological indexes.Method:A total of 120 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2024 were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huangdan Yinchen Granules on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,jaundice resolution time,incidence of adverse reactions and serological indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the jaundice resolution time was earlier than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in serological indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 and 5 days of treatment,unconjugated bilirubin,total bilirubin and total bile acid in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and transferrin and albumin were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Huangdan Yinchen Granules in neonatal jaundice is good,which can significantly improve the serological indexes of children and has high safety.关键词
