Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Fluvestrant in the treatment of postmenopausal metastatic breast cancer(MBC).Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on 92 postmenopausal MBC patients admitted to Suzhou Municipal Hospital from March 2021 to June 2023,they were divided into control group and observation group according to treatment plan,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Leuprelin Acetate Microspheres,and the observation group was treated with Leuprelin Acetate Microspheres+Fluvestrant.After 1 year of treatment,the antitumor efficacy,serum hormone level,survival time,progression-free survival time,incidence of toxic and side effects and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The objective remission rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lipocalin-2(LCN-2)and sine oculis homeobox homolog 1(Six1)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores of World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF)were higher than those before treatment,LCN-2 and Six1 in observation group were lower than those in control group,and WHOQOL-BREF score was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The survival time and progression-free survival time of observation group were longer than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of toxic and side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Fluvestrant in the treatment of postmenopausal MBC patients can enhance the anti-tumor efficacy and good tolerance,regulate hormone levels,and achieve the therapeutic purpose of prolonging the survival cycle of patients and improving the quality of life.关键词
