Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Carboprost Tromethamine on uterine inertia postpartum haemorrhage and its influence on uterine contraction and blood indexes.Method:A total of 80 patients with uterine inertia postpartum haemorrhage admitted to Macheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Misoprostol,and the observation group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,uterine involution(uterine floor height and uterine volume),uterine contraction indexes(uterine contraction strength,uterine contraction tension and uterine contraction amplitude)and blood indexes[nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).1,3,5 days after delivery,the uterine floor height in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1,2,4 and 6 weeks after delivery,the uterine volume of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in uterine contraction indexes and blood indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the uterine contraction indexes of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the blood index were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Carboprost Tromethamine in patients with uterine inertia postpartum haemorrhage is better,it can promote uterine contraction and uterine involution,and reduce the levels of NO and NOS.关键词
