负压封闭引流技术对动物致伤患者的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Technique on Patients with Injury by Animals
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage technique on patients with injury by animals.Method:A total of 80 patients with injury by animals admitted to Gaoxin Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January to September 2023 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received vacuum sealing drainage technique on the basis of the control group.The frequency of wound dressing change,hospitalization cost,wound healing,scar status[Vancouver scar scale(VSS)],pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The frequency of wound dressing change and hospitalization cost in observation group were significantly less than those in control group,and the wound healing was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The VSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 6 months of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS scores and inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1,3 and 5 days of treatment,the pain degree of the observation group were less than those of the control group,after 3,5 days of treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of vacuum sealing drainage technique in patients with injury by animals can effectively promote wound healing,relieve pain and traumatic stress.关键词
