Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Aripiprazole combined with Quetiapine in the treatment of female schizophrenia and its effects on reproductive hormone,glucose and lipid metabolism.Method:Clinical data of 60 female schizophrenia patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yichun City from June 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively collected and divided into control group(n=29)and observation group(n=31)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Quetiapine,and the observation group was treated with Aripiprazole combined with Quetiapine.The clinical efficacy,reproductive hormones[prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2)],glucose and lipid metabolism indexes[total cholesterol(TC),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postmeal plasma glucose(2 h PG),triglyceride(TG)]before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of control group was 65.52%,which was significantly lower than 90.32%of observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,PRL,TC,FPG,2 h PG and TG of control group were higher than those before treatment,E2 was lower than that before treatment,while PRL,TC,FPG,2 h PG and TG of observation group were lower than those in control group,E2 was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in PRL,E2,TC,FPG,2 h PG and TG in observation group compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(x2=0.773,P=0.379).Conclusion:Aripiprazole combined with Quetiapine in the treatment of female schizophrenia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the effects of drugs on reproductive hormones,glucose and lipid metabolism of patients,and the drug safety is good.关键词
