Abstract

Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Sivelestat Sodium on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced myocardial cells injury in rats.Method:The rat H9c2 myocardial cells injury model was established by LPS in Hainan General Hospital from July 2021 to February 2022,which were divided into control group,LPS group,and Sivelestat Sodium+LPS group.Among them,Sivelestat Sodium+LPS group were divided into high concentration group(LPS+high,10 μg/mL),medium concentration group(LPS+medium,4.8 μg/mL)and low concentration group(LPS+low,1.6 μg/mL).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),malondialdehyde(MDA),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the supernatant of myocardial cell were detected after 6 h of LPS-induced myocardial cell injury.The differences of the above factors in each group were compared.Result:Compared with control group,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β and LDH in LPS group and low concentration group,medium concentration group and high concentration group were significantly increased,and SOD were decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the levels of MDA in LPS group and low concentration group,medium concentration group and high concentration group were significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with LPS group,IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β,MDA and LDH in low concentration group,medium concentration group and high concentration group were decreased,and SOD levels were increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sivelestat Sodium can reduce the production of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress factors in LPS-induced induced myocardial cells,alleviate the injury of myocardial cells,and thus play a role in protecting myocardial cells.
