雅安市雨城区儿童维生素D状态及影响因素分析
Analysis of Vitamin D Status and Influencing Factors among Children in Yucheng District,Ya'an City
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the vitamin D status of children in Yucheng District,Ya'an City,and to analyze the influencing factors of vitamin D status.Method:A total of 490 children undergoing physical examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Ya'an Polytechnic College from September 2019 to September 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D]levels were measured for all children,their vitamin D nutritional status was evaluated,and various data of children undergoing physical examination were collected to analyze the influencing factors of vitamin D status.Result:The level of serum 25-(OH)D in 490 children was(35.12±10.13)ng/mL,and the rate of vitamin D deficiency and deficiency reached 37.8%.Correlation analysis showed that age was negatively correlated with children's serum 25-(OH)D level(P<0.05),parents'understanding of the effects of vitamin D on children's growth,supplementation of vitamin D,drinking milk every day,and sufficient sunlight in the test month were positively correlated with children's serum 25-(OH)D levels(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age,whether vitamin D was supplemented and whether sunlight was sufficient in the test month were the influencing factors of vitamin D deficiency and deficiency in children(P<0.05).Conclusion:The vitamin D status of children in Yucheng District,Ya'an City is poor.The poor vitamin D status of children in this area is related to age,whether they supplement vitamin D,and whether there is sufficient sunlight in the testing month.These factors can be used to improve the vitamin D nutritional status of children.关键词
