Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of negative pressure suction combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment on diabetes foot ulcer.Method:A total of 78 patients of diabetic foot admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to January 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into combination group(negative pressure suction combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment),negative pressure group(negative pressure suction)and traditional Chinese medicine group(Shengji Yuhong Ointment),with 26 cases in each group,and the intervention time of each group was 14 days.The volume reduction rate of foot ulcer and the score of pressure ulcer scale for healing(PUSH)were compared among the three groups.Result:A total of 72 patients completed the study.The completion rate was 92.31%,of which 3 cases fell off in the traditional Chinese medicine group,1 case fell off and 1 case was eliminated in the negative pressure group,and 1 case fell off in the combination group.There was no significant difference in case completion among all groups(P>0.05).At 14 days of intervention,the volume reduction rate of foot ulcer in combination group was higher than that in negative pressure group and traditional Chinese medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 14 days of intervention,the PUSH score of the combination group was lower than that of the negative pressure group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of negative pressure suction combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment on diabetic foot ulcer is very positive and can be used as the preferred treatment scheme.关键词
