某中医医院院内中药制剂应用现状及发展趋势分析
Current Status and Development Trend of Application of Hospital Preparations in a Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital,so as to provide reference for development in the future.METHODS:Related data of consumption sum and application of hospital preparations from 2020 to 2023 were derived from the hospital information system and rational drug use system,the application characteristics of hospital preparations,especially traditional Chinese medicine preparations,were sorted out and systematically analyzed.RESULTS:From 2020 to 2023,the hospital had a total of 52 kinds of hospital preparations with registration certificates of medical institutions(of which Jianchang Zhixie mixture obtained the preparation record number in 2022),including 43 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and 9 kinds of Western medicine preparations.The consumption sum of hospital preparations showed an increasing trend,and the consumption sum of traditional Chinese medicine preparations corresponded with the general trend of hospital preparations.The top 10 traditional Chinese medicine preparations ranked by consumption were respectively topical fumigation and cleansing agents,compound Duhuo Tongluo mixture,Kanggu Zengsheng 1,compound Qianghuo Tongluo mixture,Gushang mixture,Zhike mixture,Ningxin capsule,and Zhennao capsule.CONCLUSIONS:The overall development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in the hospital is in a good situation.In the future,we will learn from each other and continue to give full play to the advantages of hospital preparations.关键词
