无模组动力电池包设计及其冷却性能分析
Design and Thermal Performance Analysis of Module-less Power Battery Pack

Abstract
In order to enhance the integration and effective energy density of battery packs,a module-less battery pack and a symmetric serpentine channel liquid cooling plate structure were designed,and the cooling performance of the battery pack was investigated.The results showed that the battery pack had good cooling performance and could meet the cooling requirements under 2.0 C discharge conditions.Under the CLTC condition,the temperature difference of the battery pack during low flow operation was about 0.25 ℃.Furthermore,the influence of coolant inlet boundary and thermal conductive material on the cooling performance of the battery pack was analyzed based on the battery pack,and it was found that the battery pack at different discharge rates had different optimal inlet water temperature and cool-ant mass flow rate.The optimal thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive adhesive for the battery pack was found to be 0.9 W/(m·K).关键词
