摘要

Abstract

Air balancing is a key technology for reducing energy consumption in ventilation duct systems and improving the quality of indoor living environments.To address the online control and rapid conver-gence issues of air balancing in complex ventilation duct systems,this paper proposes a rapid air balan-cing approach by distributed collaborative and adaptive control technology(DCAC-AB).Firstly,the dis-tributed consensus algorithm is introduced into the ventilation duct system to achieve consistency be-tween the air flow velocities of each individual branch and the set flow velocity.Then,the fan-adaptive control method adjusts the total air intake to achieve rapid air balancing control.Experimental results on the ventilation duct system show that,under the condition that the airflow deviation meets the TAB ad-justment standard,this method achieves a 32%improvement in speed compared to traditional distributed collaborative control methods.Compared to existing air balancing methods,the DCAC-AB method has the following advantages:Faster convergence performance,reducing the balance time.No need for the knowledge of the system's topology and parameters,making it suitable for complex pipeline environ-ments with multiple branches.Realizing online air balancing without interrupting the service during nor-mal operation of the ventilation system.
