任务导向训练联合下肢康复机器人对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能的影响
Effects of Task-Oriented Training Combined with Lower Limb Rehabilitation Robot on Lower Limb Function in Patients With Hemiplegia after Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of lower limb rehabilitation robot combined with task-oriented training on stroke patients.Methods:100 cases of hemiplegic stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and ran-domly divided into 50 cases each in the control group and the observation group.The control group was given task-oriented training with the assistance of the rehabilitation division,and the observation group was given lower limb rehabilitation robot training on the basis of the control group.Lower limb balance,lower limb muscle strength,motor function,ankle joint function,knee flexion range of motion and walking ability were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the BBS score,quadriceps score,hamstring score,FMA-LE score and AOFAS score of both groups were elevated compared with the pre-treatment(P<0.05),and the BBS score,quadriceps score,hamstring score,FMA-LE score and AOFAS score of the observation group were significantly greater than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the knee flexion range of motion and 6-minute walking dis-tance were elevated compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the knee flexion range of motion and 6-minute walking dis-tance of the observation group were significantly greater than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of stroke patients,the combination of task-oriented training and lower limb rehabilitation robot can effectively im-prove the lower limb muscle strength,facilitate the recovery of balance function,and has a significant effect on the recovery of mo-tor function,which can improve the walking ability of stroke patients and the range of motion of knee flexion,and achieve more ideal therapeutic effectiveness.关键词
