Abstract
Tension-type headache is one of the most common chronic headache in clinic,the main manifestation is bilateral mild to moderate compression or tightness like headache,which is often related to stress events in daily life,and its etiology and myofascial pain points have a close connection.But the current clinical studies mainly focus on the accompanying symptoms of emotional disor-ders,less involving the direction of local tendon histopathological changes.In clinical practice,some patients with obvious tendon nodes are also associated with capillary tendon contracture.Under the guidance of the theory of meridians and tendons of"knot ten-don focal poin",loosening Baihui times,eye window times,rate valley times,etc.and combining with the local tendon knot treat-ment points,the application of the application received a good therapeutic effect of relieving the tendon knot and eliminating the evil and paralysing the body.Now we are exploring the theoretical mechanism based on the theory of meridian theory,which will pro-vide a new way of thinking for the treatment of tension headache.关键词
