Abstract
This project is based on the asphalt pavement milling material fine separation technology and research and development of a new plant mix hot regeneration technology.In order to solve the problems such as poor construction stability caused by high RAP variability at the current stage of plant mix hot recycled asphalt mixture at the source,so that RAP used materials can achieve fine separation,the project has developed a regenerative warm mix agent with high efficiency activation and diffusion fusion characteristics based on the fine separation technology of RAP used materials and the development of supporting equipment.The performance recovery of high content plant mix hot recycled asphalt mixture was realized.In addition,the high and low temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture meets the standard of new asphalt mixture,and the utilization rate of RAP content is increased to more than 70%,which can realize the efficient regeneration and recycling of resources in the construction and maintenance of asphalt pavement layer of expressways and high-grade highways.It has achieved the effect of saving natural resources and energy and reducing environmental pollution.关键词
